What a year it was for TAO Chicago. Their celebrity-filled opening night, boasting guests like Kourtney Kardashian and Taraji P. Henson, one year ago was just a glimpse of what would come for 2019. Singers, artists and stars alike have made it a point to stop into TAO while passing through Chicago on tour stops and ordering up some of the restaurant's most coveted dishes, like Satay of Chilean Sea Bass and Spicy Tuna Tartar on Crispy Rice, before heading to the buzzing club to party into early hours.
This weekend was no different as The Chainsmokers celebrated their World War Joy tour with fellow band 5 Seconds of Summer at TAO's private skybox after a sold-out United Center performance. The epically lit evening coincided with TAO's epic first anniversary in Chicago. The DJ duo Drew Taggart and Alex Pall toasted the night's partygoers and made stayed well into the early morning.
